Working From Home Today
Well, the "garage mechanic" I had working on my car could not fix the problem. He said I should take it to the dealer, before spending anymore money.
The car would not even make it up the one hill, so I had to try another route. This time I made it. Dropped the car off at the dealer and walked home.
I called Enterprise, to "come pick me up", but at this suburban location, they were out of cars. I should try back around noon.

Is a new or newer car in your near future?
Well, I only have 2 more payments on this 2001 Monte Carlo. The "plan" was to drive it 1 more year & save that money for a down-payment on a new one.
It is costing me 3 payments to get it fixed, so I'm gonna do it, and try to stick to the plan...
Good for you for sticking to your plan. I have seen alot of slick Monte Carlos. I must interject I am a foriegn car girl. Lasts way longer by just keepin' the oil changed. How can ya beat that?
I am big fan of Toyota. I'm on my third Toyota. On my third not becuz of problems, just simply I get so tired of my cars and trade them in. I will probably die with a car payment!
